Havana.- The Spanish-American Cultural Center, located in Havana, will host the 12th Biennale of Ceramics, Sculptures, Installations and Projects.
The event, sponsored by the National Museum of Ceramic, the National Council of Plastic Arts and the Office of the City’s Historian, will concentrate pieces of different styles and themes.
The biennale will also include parallel options like lectures by outstanding ceramic and plastic art professionals.
The jury will grant the Alfredo Sosabravo Award, from the National Council of Plastic Arts; and the prize from the Ludwig Foundation in Cuba which consists of financing a project to be made the following year.
In this sense, the Committee for the Development of Monumental and Environmental Sculptures will provide the location proposals for the winning project.
