Havana.- The Cultural Fund of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA, in Spanish) and the cultural institution Dulce María Loynaz, in Havana, announced the 4th Latin American and Caribbean Novel Contest 2013.
According to the organizers, the event seeks to promote the work of young writers in the area.
In this sense, writers younger than 40 years, who wish to participate, can send their works regardless their residence area or the language chosen (English or Spanish).
It is important to emphasize that previous events were characterized by the maturity of literature in the area.
The jury will be composed of prestigious intellectuals and writers from different countries, who will grant a special award, and the publication of the winning novel.
