Cuban Men's Volleyball Team Qualifies for Under-23 World Championship |

Havana.- The Cuban men's volleyball team in the under-23 category qualified for the World Championship next year.
The Cuban team won the 2nd Pan-American Volleyball Cup after defeating Mexico 3-0 in the gold-medal game.
That way, the Cuban team won six games, as they defeated the teams from Trinidad and Tobago 3-0 in the preliminary stage, and beat Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
In the bronze-medal game, the winner was the Dominican Republic, which defeated Guatemala 3-0 (25-18, 25-20 and 25-15), finishing fourth.
Trinidad and Tobago beat El Salvador 3-1, so it finished fifth, while the Central Americans were in the sixth position.
