Nature Tourism in Western Cuba |

Havana.- Cuba's westernmost province, Pinar del Río, will present new options of nature tourism at a specialized event in September.
The province will host the meeting TURNAT-2015, where the so-called Ruta del Tabaco (Tobacco Route) will be launched officially.
The new product will link tourists with tobacco agrarian and industrial traditions, and include visits to crops, cure houses and leave-processing centers.
The agenda of TURNAT-2015 will also deal with ecotourism and the problems that affect the development of nature tourism, among other topics.
TURNAT-2015 will be held in Viñales, Pinar del Río major resort, which was declared Humankind's Cultural Landscape by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) due to its exclusive landscapes and the integration of humans with their environment.
