Foreign Experts to Attend Cuban Forum on Agriculture |

Havana.- The 2nd International Congress on Urban, Suburban and Family Agriculture, to be held in Havana, will bring together experts from several countries.
According to organizers, the event was called by the Institute of Fundamental Research on Tropical Agriculture (INIFAT) and will be attended by experts, entrepreneurs, students and producers.
At the meeting, participants will share practical criteria and will analyze the possibilities to make that form of small-scale agricultural production sustainable.
The congress will consist of lectures and workshops on handling plagues and diseases, production of seeds as the foundation of biodiversity, and the use and preservation of phyto-genetic resources.
