Medical Institution in Havana Remodeled |

Havana.- The National Minimal Access Center, in Havana, is benefiting from a broad remodeling program that started in 2010.
Officials from the institution pointed out that a new operating room will be completed in the first trimester of the year, and the microbiology laboratory will be enlarged.
In addition, the department of pathological anatomy will open.
The training center will be reconstructed to provide training to young surgeons in the use of minimal access surgery.
All Cuban and foreign experts receive training at the center, whose services have spread to 119 medical institutions nationwide.
