Kuwait Supports Cuban Water Program |

Havana.- The Fund for Arab Economic Development of Kuwait will support the reconstruction of aqueduct and sewer networks in the Cuban capital.
The institution granted a credit of 21 million dollars for the second stage of a project being carried out in Havana.
So far, 52 million dollars have been granted to undertake this kind of work, which has a broad impact on people.
The fund will allow repairing large water pipes and networks, reaching out homes and state institutions, as part of a project that consists of several stages due to its magnitude.
In addition, these agreements provide a source of financing for the Cuban capital, as the plan is to complete the works in 14 years.
