Cuba Excels at International Philately Forum |

Havana.- Cuba finished second by countries at the International Philately Exhibition End of the World 2015, held in Río Grande, Argentina.
According to experts, the event brought together 200 collections from 12 American countries and Cuba's awards were only surpassed by the Argentinean delegation.
In that regards, Leonardo Palencia won the Big Gold Medal and the Special Award for his collection "Colonial Cuba", while Raudel Busto was awarded for his collection "A Look to Birds from a Human Perspective".
In addition, 13-year-old Harold Fernández presented his series "Visit to the Farm", for which he received the Special Award in his category.
End of the World 2015 precedes the exhibition In the Middle of the World, which will be held in Quito, Ecuador, in September and where Cuban philately will again show its high quality.
