Cuban Athletes Excel in Europe |

Havana.- Cuban athletes gave outstanding performances in Europe, as part of their training for the Pan-American Games in Toronto, Canada, this month.
At the French meeting in Nancy, Rose Mary Almanza won the 800-meter race, clocking 1:58.99 minutes at the Raymond Petit Tomblaine.
It is the second time that Almanza improves her personal record so far this year, as she clocked 1:59.35 minutes in Ponce in May.
Yordan O'Farrill, in turn, clocked 13.23 seconds in the 110-hurdles, his second best time in the current international campaign.
In Slovenia, Raidel Acea clocked 45.56 seconds in the 400-meter race, while Roberto Skyers ran 100 meters in 10.34 seconds.
