Cuban Films Screened in Ecuador and Armenia |

Havana.- Cuban films have been exhibited in Ecuador and Armenia, as part of the international agenda to promote the country's cinema.
In that regard, the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences in Ecuador organized the exhibition of several films produced recently by the Cuban Institute of Art and Cinematographic Industry (ICAIC).
One of the novelties was Cuba's first 3D cartoon, "Meñique", and the motion pictures "La Pared de las Palabras", by Fernando Pérez, and "Vestido de Novia" (Dressed as a Maid), by Marilyn Solaya.
At the same time, the film "La Obra del Siglo" by Carlos Quintela, participated in the contest at the Yerevan International Film Festival in Armenia.
The films won the awards to the best edition and the best soundtrack at the 25th Cine Ceará-Ibero-American Festival in Brazil, and the FIPRESCI Award at the 27th Festival Cinélatino in Toulouse.
