High Technology in New Hotel in Japan
Monday, July 27, 2015

Tokyo.- The Hotel Henn-na, in Japan, is among the new novelties in the tourist sector, as it is equipped with state-of-the-art technology consisting of robots that provide services to guests.

The robots are in charge of the main desk, where a dinosaur is the concierge, as well as luggage transportation, deposit of personal elements and room cleaning.

The 72-room hotel offers a singular experience to those who visit Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park inspired in the Netherlands and located in the port city of Sasebo.

As part of the process, visitors must register through a tactile screen before a robotic arm takes care of their luggage, and access to the rooms is through facial recognition.

Only ten people work in the hotel, so the company Huis Ten Bosch saves 25 percent in salaries, as the androids can be used to provide room services.
