Ten Cuban Boxers Qualify for World Cup |

Havana.- Ten Cuban boxers qualified in a similar number of divisions for the World Cup in Doha, Qatar.
The Cuban team participated in the qualifying event held in Vargas state, Venezuela, where they won seven of ten titles.
Among the most outstanding results, Joahnys Argilagos defeated Mexican boxer Joselito Velázquez, who recently won title at the Pan-American Games in Toronto, Canada.
The other Cuban winners were Andy Cruz, Lenier Peró, Yasnier Toledo, Arlen López, Roniel Iglesias and Erislandy Savón.
The world's two-time champions Julio César La Cruz and Lázaro Alvarez, as well as Yosbany Veitía, did not win medals.
