Cuba Weighs Medical Cooperation with Arab Countries |

Havana.- Cuban healthcare authorities visited several Arab countries to weigh possible options of cooperation in that field.
In that regard, the tour included Kuwait, where the Cuban officials met with the team of experts who are carrying out the project with Heberprot-P and analyzed collaboration with the Dasman Institute.
They also visited Qatar and Bahrain, where they assessed relations in the healthcare sector and the alternatives to expand the benefits to people.
In Bahrain, authorities expressed interest in Cuba's experience in treating diabetic foot ulcers and the services of high-level Cuban experts, among other actions.
Cuba's achievements in the field of medicine are well known worldwide in terms of the high qualification of experts and the production of latest-generation medications.
