Cuba Prepares Jumping Horses Auction |

Havana.- Cuba will hold in mid-February an auction of high quality equipment, as part of the Seventh Mart Elite Havana-2016.
The initiative, this time dedicated to jumpers, has the National Enterprise for the Protection of Flora and Fauna (ENPFF) in charge of its organization, along with VDL-Stud from Holland.
The auction includes 33 specimens of the Dutch royal thoroughbreds, including 20 mounted horses and 13 unconfined, a process based on the Equestrian Club of Havana.
Revenues will contribute to the financing of projects for the conservation of flora and fauna in Cuba, and equine genetic background of the country.
The ENPFF account in their plans the gene pool of horses developed in the country, which has 44 ranches dedicated to raising horses of 17 breeds.
