Cuba Present in International Musical Event |

Havana.- Cuba will be present at the International Teachers to Dance Son and Casino Meeting, to be held in Madrid (Spain).
The event, scheduled for late October, will have prestigious musician Adalberto Alvarez as its main character, joined by fans and dance instructors of both genres of Cuban popular music.
Composer, arranger and conductor, Alvarez is considered Cuban son singer par excellence, and has a long career devoted to promoting this cultural modality.
The program includes workshops, casino and other popular dances, talks and theoretical spaces, demonstrative performances of dances with live music, as well as seminars of Cuban and Afro-Cuban music.
The prominent Cuban musician has performed with his orchestra in US, Canada, Japan, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Hungary, among other countries.
