New Proposal from Cuban Cinematography

Havana.- Cuban cinematography takes the film Leontina to the theaters of the island, the second work of director Rudy Mora.

According to experts, the movie continues a line of work that began with his debut "And yet," with the central role in charge of children as a common element.

80 percent of the filming took place in rural village Santa Cruz del Norte, located in the western province of Mayabeque, Mora explained.

The cast of Leontina has consecrated actors from Cuba, such as Corina Mestre, Jorge Ali, Fernando Hechavarría and Blanca Rosa Blanco.

The film tells the story of a child who organizes an expedition to a remote store because there always offer goodies at a time of day.
