Cuban Miniature Art Reaches Ciego de Avila |

Havana.- The group exhibit Homage reaches the Cuban province of Ciego de Avila this summer, consisting of two hundred pieces of art in miniature.
The cultural proposal has as its central theme the life and work of José Martí, according to executives of the Miniaturist Movement in the eastern region.
Thus, they display work by artists from Sancti Spiritus, Holguin, Las Tunas, Villa Clara, Camagüey, Havana and the host territory.
The exhibition of miniatures contemplates the use of various techniques of visual arts, including the patch, oil, watercolor and woodcarving, among others.
The movement in the central area of the island brings together some 300 painters, while providing options to those interested in entering that activity.
