Certification for Natural Medicine Centers Forecasted in Cuba |

Havana.- Cuba takes measures for the certification of 10 centers for Local Production of Natural and Traditional Medicine (NTM) in same number of provinces.
The certificate corresponds to the implementation of good pharmaceutical practices and institutions will benefit in Artemisa, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Villa Clara, Sancti Spiritus, Ciego de Avila, Camaguey, Las Tunas, Holguin and Santiago de Cuba.
This work will be conducted by Center for State Control of Drug Quality (CECMED), the Drug Regulatory Authority in Cuba.
It is noteworthy that the objective of the measure is to ensure the improvement of infrastructure and technology of such centers, which receive from the ministry of agriculture the necessary vegetable mass.
The increase in the use of these therapeutic methods is part of the actions to tap the potential of the environment for the treatment of various ailments.
