Growing Number of Visitors to Villa Clara |

Havana.- Hotel facilities of Villa Clara province in central Cuba were attended in July by more than 74,000 tourists to an annual expansion of 8.6 percent.
Canada was confirmed as the main source, together with the United States in the second position, only to an increase in domestic tourism in the summer season.
Industry experts mentioned that the increased presence of tourists was observed in Cayo Santa Maria, where more than 8,900 rooms are operational.
Overlooking the coming high season, the Central hotel's opening in Santa Clara is expected, in addition to Real in Remedios, taking into account the demand of visitors.
378 rooms rented by the private sector are also added, which increases the capacity of accommodation in the province, most of them located in Santa Clara and Remedios.
