Havana.- The province of Villa Clara, in the central part of the island, welcomed scientific debates related to the training of health professionals.
The meeting brought together 200 physicians, stomatologists, nurses, health technology graduates and professors from eight provinces and the special municipality Isla de la Juventud.
Participants exchanged on curricula in the medical career and postdoctoral training strategy.
The forum featured lectures, posters, workshops and conferences with research related to the pedagogical work, among other activities.
The scientific program also analyzed the educational work from the history of medicine in the humanist training of the doctor and the university extension in function of the preparation of the professional of the sector.
