Cuba Prepares for the World Baseball Classic |

Havana.- Cuba formed a roster of 28 players to join the team for the IV edition of the World Baseball Classic, starting next March.
The event will be staged in Japan, Mexico, South Korea and the United States, with Cuba in Group B, which also includes the Japanese squad, China and Australia.
The selection includes a practice receiver, who may be eligible to join the official list when the team's management decides.
Frank Camilo Morejón, Osvaldo Vázquez and Yosvany Alarcón, as well as seven boxers and five outfielders, stand out in the list.
Meanwhile, the pitching team has Freddy Asiel Alvarez, Yosvany Torres, Yoanny Yera, Vladimir Garcia, Lázaro Blanco, Vladimir Banos, Alaín Sánchez, Raidel Martinez, Leandro Martínez, Miguel Lahera, Liván Moinelo, José Angel García and Noelvis Entenza.
