Method against Alopecia Promoted in Central Cuba |

Havana.- Specialists from the central Cuban province of Sancti Spiritus promote a method for the treatment of baldness through regenerative medicine.
The procedure involves the application of platelet rich plasma for cases of androgenetic alopecia, when not more than a decade after its presence.
Also in the variant areata (spot baldness), which manifests itself in gradual and progressive loss of hair in the form of patches.
The procedure involves the extraction of 20 milliliters of peripheral blood from the subject, which is mixed with an anticoagulant and centrifuged to obtain the plasma.
Subsequently, it infiltrates where hair loss manifests itself, with four sessions every 15 days and then three maintenance doses for once a month.
