Havana.- Cuban Osleni Guerrero, the main figure of badminton on the island, will complete this month with a base of preparation in Peru, prior to future international commitments.
The entertainment period will allow them to arrive in excellent conditions to the International Challenge Tournament that will be held in the South American country.
The event will award 4,000 units for the ranking of the world to the winners in each of the modalities (singles and doubles in both sexes and mixed doubles).
Guerrero occupies position 176 of the global list and is the pre-classified number six of that event, in which the Brazilian Igor Coelho, located in the 54th place of the universal ladder, appears first.
For the Cuban, the Challenge will serve as preparation for the Pan-American Championship of that sport, based in Havana from April 26 to 30.
