Havana.- Osleni Guerrero, Cuba's best badminton player, moved up 54 places, to the 142nd position, in the world ranking of that sport.

The latest update of the world ranking places Guerrero in that position with 12,380 points.

He ranks fourth in the Americas, only preceded by Brazilian player Ygor Coelho de Oliveira (in the 47th place) and Bjorn Seguin (108th) and Howard Shu (132nd), both from the United States.
