Buena Fe Wins Cubadisco Grand Award |

Havana.- The CD "Sobreviviente" (Survivor), by the Cuban duet Buena Fe, won the Grand Award at the 21st edition of the International Festival Cubadisco-2017.
Developed by Empresa de Grabaciones y Ediciones Musicales (EGREM), the CD contains 13 tracks composed by Israel Rojas, except for the song "Hipibano", co-written with Frank Delgado and Vicente Alejandro Trigo.
In addition, the record won the awards in the Fusion and Sound categories, it was announced at the awarding gala.
The Extraordinary Award was granted to "Discografía 50 Títulos", by Pablo Milanés, and the Award to Artistic Excellence went to the CD "Alma con Alma", by Maestro Frank Fernández.
"Notas al Viento", by Emilio Martini, won the Award to Instrumental Music; "Blues with Montuno", by Bobby Carcassés, won the prize for the Jazz Soloist, and Beatriz Márquez won the Song Award for her album "Mis Duetos".
