Digital X-Ray Equipment in Cuba |

Havana.- The healthcare system in the eastern Cuban province of Holguin has benefited from the installation of digital X-ray equipment to facilitate the diagnoses of patients.
The necessary equipment was installed at the Lucia Iñiguez Clinical Surgical Hospital, where physicians can visualize X-ray screenings immediately.
That way, all medical images are digitalized, as the hospital already has Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT) and Magnetic Resonance (MRI) equipment.
Digital radiology allows saving inputs in contrast to the traditional method, in addition to the fact that doctors gather more information with this new technology.
