Cuban Junior Women's Wrestling Team Excels at Continental Event |

Havana.- The Cuban women's team won three medals at the Junior Wrestling Pan-American Championships held in Peru.
The Cuban wrestlers won two titles that went to Lienna de la Caridad Montero (55 kilograms) and Mabelkis Capote in the 72-kg division.
For her part, Yudaris Sánchez (67 kg) finished in the second place after losing the gold-medal fight to Jarden Leygh, from the United States.
As an outstanding element, the Cuban wrestlers qualified among 55 athletes from 14 countries for the World Championships in Finland.
By countries, the teams from the United States and Canada led the event, which was well organized, according to coaches and experts.
