Varadero Hosts Beach Volleyball Event |

Havana.- Varadero, Cuba's major coastal resort, is hosting the fourth phase of the NORCECA beach volleyball circuit this month.
Held at the Barceló Solymar Arenas Blancas Hotel, the competition will bring together 16 women's pairs and 14 men's pairs, including some of the best players in the region.
The Cuban delegation includes Sergio González and Nivaldo Díaz, who finished fifth in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2016.
Other delegation members are Karell Peña and Daisel Quesada, champions in the three previous phases of the event in La Paz, Mexico, Cayman Islands and Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The women's teams are made up of Leila Martínez and Lidiannis Echeverría, winners of the first two phases, and Lianma Flores and Yanisleidis Sánchez, silver medalists in the third phase.
