Havana.- The Animation Studios, attached to the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) released six video games for children and adults.
The games are Villa Tesoro, Escape, Caos Numérico, Guardián del Bosque, Equipo 009: La Invasión de los Pálidos, and La Neurona 2, all of which run on the Android operating system.
In Villa Tesoro, which deals about the capture of Havana by the Brits in 1762, players have to shoot the invaders with a cannon.
Another video game for children aged 2-6 is Tutu, which will run on cell phones and tablets.
These video games, which can be downloaded free from the webpage www.videojuego.cu, were created in conjunction with the University of Computer Sciences (UCI).
