Chinese Airlines Opens Office in Cuba
Monday, August 14, 2017

Havana.- Air China officially opened a commercial office in Cuba in order to strengthen tourism-related operations.

The office will facilitate travels between Havana and Beijing on flights that have operated since late 2015.

It should be said that since operations began to date, the number of passengers carried by Air China totals 24,000, on 156 flights

Air China's flight to Cuba, which lasts about 20 hours, with a stopover in Montreal, Canada, is the most direct connection between China and the Caribbean.

According to Chinese Ambassador to Cuba Chen Xi, the opening of the office, along with the existing regular flight, will promote collaboration in the sectors of tourism and air transportation.
