Havana.- Osleni Guerrero, Cuba's best badminton player, will compete in two international events in late September.
Guerrero, who places in the 181st position in the world ranking, expects to add 9,380 points to his current score to move up on the international list.
The Cuban player, who was the runner-up at the Pan-American Badminton Championships in April, will participate in the 8th International Tournament in Mexico, to take place in Aguas Calientes.
Later, he will compete in an event in Guatemala, where his first game will be against the local player Humbrels Heymard.
In the current season, Guerrero has played 12 individual games, winning 10 and losing two, both against the Brazilian player Igor Coelho.
