Cuba and Belarus Strengthen Economic Cooperation |

Havana.- Authorities from Cuba and Belarus signed an agreement to strengthen economic and technical cooperation in several fields.
The deal involves the ministries of Agriculture of Cuba and of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, which are interested in promoting rural development.
The two countries want to develop cooperation in plant cultivation, exploitation and preservation of soils, and animal production.
They will also boost the mechanization of agricultural production, technologies to process animal feed, the development of bioenergy and its use in agriculture, among other actions.
The two countries shared ideas about the possibilities to collaborate in the field of agriculture and food production, given the experience of Belarus in those sectors.
