San Salvador.- The group Latam Hotel Corporation announced the upcoming opening of a new shopping mall with a hotel, which will operate under the name of Plaza Soho Las Cascadas.
The 80-million-dollar complex will consist of the Hyatt Hotel, a corporate building, Plaza Soho and the shopping mall Las Cascadas.
That complex has an area of 93,500 square meters and will generate 3,500 jobs.
Plaza Soho has 135 commercial establishments, including restaurants, kiosks, cafeterias and a gymnasium, among other recreational facilities.
Experts predict that the complex will receive 3.5 million visitors a year, as nearly 70 percent of the establishments will open in the next few weeks.
