Cuba to Have Busy Cultural Agenda in 2018

Havana.- Cuba will have a busy cultural agenda in 2018, when events will be held in several artistic expressions.

Fairs, workshops, festivals, meetings between artists and their audiences will allow visitors to learn about the huge cultural heritage from Cuba and the world.

As part of the program, 33rd International Jazz Plaza Festival, the 27th International Book Fair of Havana and the 17th Guillermo Barreto in Memoriam International Drum Festival will be held in the first semester of the year.

Other major cultural events will be the 24th International Meeting of Ballet Academies and the 16th Contest of Young Dancers, the 25th International Festival Romerias de Mayo and the International Fair Cubadisco 2018.

Cuba's intense cultural life is complemented by the boom of tourism, as many holidaymakers come to the Caribbean island to participate in world-renowned events.
