Havana.- The Cuban agricultural sector will benefit from the incorporation of machinery that is currently under development abroad.
In that regard, a sickle bush harvester is being designed in an industrial area of China. The plant will be used to produce charcoal and generate electricity.
This model, designed by Cuban engineers, will be manufactured based on the evaluation of three different technologies of sickle bush harvesters.
After the trial period ends, the final model will be built in eastern Holguín's combined making plant.
moreover, factories are under construction to process and dry rice, beans and corn, in order to extract moisture from these crops.
