Investments Made in Tourism in Los Canarreos |

Havana.- The Los Canarreos Archipelago is benefiting from an extensive investment program to guarantee the expansion of the tourism industry.
According to experts, Cayo Largo del Sur is working on expanding the capacity of hotels, which currently offer 1,338 rooms and are expected to increase to 1,376 rooms by the end of this year.
In this regard, the inauguration in the coming months of Villa Iguana is expected, where 162 cabins of 200 conceived in the project are already being commercialized.
Improvements are also made at the Iberostar Playa Blanca hotel, in the pool and lobby, to improve services, and at the Sol Cayo Hotel, where the remodeling process continues.
In addition, on Isla de la Juventud, efforts are being made to improve services to cruise ships, and works are under way at the hotels Colony, Rancho El Tesoro and Villa Isla.
