Monday, April 16, 2018

London.- The international tourism sector reported at least 35 actions in 2017 that directly affected operations in the leisure industry.

The terrorist attacks were aimed at hotel complexes, discotheques, civil aviation or tourist attractions.

The company Aon said that in Europe, there is average risk in countries such as Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Risks related to political violence are increasing globally, due to geopolitical tensions and the effects of chronic conflicts throughout the world.

The Middle East and South Asia were the two regions most affected by terrorism in 2017, while the five countries with the highest number of terrorist attacks were Iraq, India, Somalia, Pakistan and Nigeria.
