Cuban Agri-Industrial Company Makes Great Economic Contribution |

Havana.- The agri-industrial company Ceballos, in the province of Ciego de Avila, stands out for its contribution to the national economy with supplies to the domestic market and for export.
The firm exports such items as charcoal, fresh and processed fruits (in juice, pulp, purée and essential oil), pineapple of the MD2 variety and hot pepper.
It is worth mentioning that the investments made since 2000 to date total around 21 million dollars to modernize and enlarge the technological process.
This way, the new processing lines can package the products in glass or metal containers of different capacities, in cases or in the format of small doses.
New investments in the industry increased the processing capacity of mango from 10 to 30 tons per hour, tomato from 4 to 20 and guava from 6 to 24.
