Costa Rica Promotes Gastronomy for Tourism |

San José.- Costa Rica's tourism sector is promoting several options of national cuisine as an attraction for holidaymakers.
In that regard, Costa Rica will host the Gastronomic Bioceanic Meeting, aimed at exhibiting the country's culinary wealth.
This way, different flavors of the cuisine from San Carlos (north) and San José (center), as well as Garabito and Puntarenas (central Pacific), will be shown.
The initiative will bring together 15 international chefs and 40 guest journalists, who will meet with the hosts to learn about the variety of Costa Rican dishes.
For the occasion, recipes include ingredients such as flowers, stems, fruits, roots, tubers, vegetables, herbs, corn and beans, among other products.
