Barbados Highlights Cuban Support in Sports |

Havana.- Authorities from Barbados highlighted Cuba's contribution to the development of sports, as a result of 16 years of collaboration.
Cuban coaches are present in several sports, including athletics, boxing, cycling, hockey, swimming, table tennis and volleyball.
Officials from the National Sports Council (CND) of Barbados noted the success of this program in advising national federations and clubs in several sports.
In addition, an excellent work has been done in local primary and secondary schools.
Thanks to the sustained work by Cuban experts, there is a substantial increase in medals won by Barbados in national, regional and international tournaments.
