London.- The specialized site TripAdvisor defined the top 10 most important tourist attractions on the planet with largest number of reservations.
The sites are located in Italy, the United States, France, Spain and the United Kingdom, and the list is topped by the Vatican Museum, Saint Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel.
That attraction received a five-star rating, a certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor and nearly 15,764 comments.
In addition, the cruises in the Chicago River, ancient Rome and the ruins of the Coliseum, together with excursions in the Italian capital with free stops, were also included on the list, which was completed by the Sagrada Familia (Sacred Family) Church in Barcelona, the Eiffel Tower (the most visited monument in the world), the Warner Studios, the Empire State Building, and the Murano, Burano and Torcello Islands in Venice and Tuscany.
