Cuban Athlete Breaks World Record in Football Juggling |

Havana.- Erick Hernandez, a Cuban expert in football juggling, set a world record by hitting the football with his feet only in a sitting position.
On this occasion, he kept kicking the football for three hours, two minutes and three seconds without letting it fall to the ground.
With this result, Hernandez left behind the previous record held by his compatriot Luis Carlos Garcia, who clocked one hour, 32 minutes and one second.
Hernandez told reporters that he had already registered similar times while training, hence his confidence in achieving this result officially.
He pointed out that in this attempt, the muscles of the quadriceps and abdomen suffer a lot, although there is also an impact on the high back, shoulders and trapezius, which were the ones on which he focused during training.
