Havana.- The 26th edition of the Alicia Alonso International Ballet Festival, being held in Havana, featured the show Stars of American Ballet.
The show was staged at the Mella Theater with the presence of several of the renowned figures from the New York City Ballet (NYCB), including the first dancer of that company, Daniel Ulbritch, in the choreographies "Tarantela", "Sing, Sing, Sing" and "Three Men".
Apollo was also danced by Sterling Hylting and Gonzalo Garcia, first figures of the NYCB, who showed off a well-structured classical training.
The ballerinas Teresa Reichlen and Ask La Cour also danced in the choreography "Diamonds", together with "Liturgy", "Brubeck Elementary" and "Irresistible".
