Havana.- Canada hosted the presentations of the promotional campaign "Autentica Cuba" (Authentic Cuba), as a preliminary step to the peak tourist season.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as executives from the hotel groups Gran Caribe, Islazul and Cubanacan, in addition to the tour agencies Cubatur, Viajes Cubanacan, Ecotur, Havanatur Hola Sun/Caribe Sol, and the company Marlin and Cuban Medical Services.
Also present at the event were tour operators, travel agents, representatives of airlines, other audiences interested in tourism, and general and specialized media.
The program featured exhibitions related to new hotels, the environmental conditions of the spas and celebrations for the 500th anniversary of Havana.
