Havana.- The eastern province of Santiago de Cuba will have the most modern hotel in the country, designed according to the most advanced international standards.
The complex consists of two towers, one with 15 stories and the other one with 17, which will offer 452 rooms altogether, including two presidential suites on the upper floors.
In addition, the hotel will have a convention center, party hall, lobby, five restaurants, snack bar, cafeteria, physiotherapeutic gym, swimming pools and other elements of a luxurious facility.
The project will turn Santiago de Cuba, second city in importance in Cuba, into a specialized destination for congress tourism, conventions, incentives and events.
In its construction, special glass panels will be used, with several layers of glass that can create an intermediate chamber to break the thermal bridge and to transmit heat to the interior.
