Havana.- Cuba's best wrestlers in the free-style, Greco-Roman and women's modalities will have a busy agenda in 2019.
Cuban experts pointed out that attendance at two international events is expected in January, together with the Cerro Pelado International Tournament in Havana.
In April, another important event will be the Pan-American Wrestling Championships at a venue that has not been defined yet; while in May, the men's freestyle team will compete in the World Cup by teams.
At the world event in Astana, the first six wrestlers in each division will qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan, in 2020, hence the importance of giving a good performance.
Finally, Havana will host the traditional gala of that sport, which marks the closure of the year's competition agenda, in December.
