Positive Results in Cuban Medical Center |

Havana.- The Plaza de la Revolucion University Polyclinic, in the Cuban capital, concluded 2018 with favorable indicators.
The institution, a national reference in Community Medicine, closed last year without infant or maternal deaths.
Likewise, this health center also increased the number of consultations and field visits, and reported no transmissions of arboviruses by vectors.
It is worth mentioning that the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) declared the center as first polyclinic in the country with the condition of Friend of the Child and Mother, to which is added its status as a national reference center for reproductive health and family planning.
The polyclinic provides 21 medical specialties in the community, including inter-consultations, teaching and assistance.
