Havana.- The Cuban baseball team will play against El Salvador in a series of three games, as part of their training in Cuba.
Among the 21 men who will travel to the Central American country are players who excelled at Cuba's national series, while others have options to compete in the Pan-American Games in Lima, Peru.
Headed by Eduardo Paret, the team consists of two catchers, seven infielders, five outfielders and seven pitchers.
The roster includes the catchers Yosvani Alarcon and Andy Cosme, while the infielders are Yasiel Santoya, Jorge Enrique Aloma, Orlando Acebey, Jefferson Delgado, Alexander Ayala and Danel Castro.
The pitchers are Alberto Bisset, Yariel Rodriguez, Dariel Gongora, Yadian Martinez, Jose Angel Garcia, Pablo Luis Guillen and Pedro Alvarez.
