Cuba Receives First Million International Tourists |

Havana.- On March 3, Cuba received the one millionth international tourist, five days before that similar number of vacationers was reported in 2018.
According to industry experts, this result paves the way to achieve the goal of the five million holidaymakers in 2019.
The favorable impact of the peak season that extends until April, during which the best averages of tourist arrivals are reported, was also mentioned.
In general, at this stage, new hotels, more modern and with higher categories, are inaugurated, together with the expansion of the extra-hotel network.
Travel agencies offer their best offers, including excursions, tours and different activities to allow holidaymakers to learn about Cuban destinations.
