Facilities for Cruise Tourism in Miami
Monday, April 15, 2019

Miami.- MSC Cruises signed an agreement for the construction of a terminal in the US port of Miami, with a view to expanding its activities.

According to experts, the MSC facility, to be built in the 2020-2022 period, will attend to two ships simultaneously and will mobilize up to 28,000 a day.

In the project, the company will design, build, operate and maintain the building that will house two cruise terminals and an equal number of moorings.

The installation will have 32,000 square meters of interior space and 2,000 square meters of parking spaces, in addition to receiving vessels of up to 6,700 passengers.

MSC Cruises currently operates four vessels, including the MSC Seaside and the MSC Armonia, which leave from Miami throughout the year, as well as the MSC Divina and the MSC Meraviglia.
